Born and Raised in Midland, Dr. Rowland completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the prestigious Steadman Hawkins Clinic in South Carolina before returning home to Midland to join Dr. Floyd. After finding success as the quarterback at Midland High School he moved on to play quarterback at Texas Tech University and now enjoys treating athletes as a surgeon. He performs numerous orthopaedic surgeries from fracture care to minimally invasive shoulder rotator cuff repair and shoulder/knee replacements.
He ultimately decided to return to his West Texas roots to establish his practice due to his love for the culture and the competitive spirit of the people in the area. In his free time, Dr. Rowland enjoys spending time with family, travel, exercising, and attending sporting events.
